DEBBIE GRAY, CPA - AUDIT PARTNER Debbie received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from New Mexico State University in December 1980.  She began work with Kriegel / Gray / Shaw & Co., P.C. in June 1981 and was admitted as a partner in 1987.  She is a member of the New Mexico Society of CPA's, having served on its board and quality control committees, and is past president of the Dona Ana Chapter of CPA's.  Debbie's many years of experience have gained her substantial expertise in governmental, nonprofit, federal government contractors, as well as other financial statement audits, reviews and compilations.  She also has experience in tax preparation and related matters.

KEN SHAW, CPA/PFS - TAX PARTNER Ken received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Eastern New Mexico University in May 1979.  After ten years of public accounting experience with other firms, he joined Kriegel / Gray / Shaw & Co., P.C. in June 1989 and was admitted as a partner in 1993.  He is a member of the Dona Ana, New Mexico and Arizona Societies of CPA's.  Ken has served on the board of directors of the Dona Ana Estate Planning Council.   Ken's primary area of practice is in tax preparation and planning, including advisory services for individuals, small business, estates and trusts.
